Our Mentor

Mr. Praful Vishanji Vira gets the credit for sowing the seeds of the Vira Group more than 30 years ago. It was Mr. Praful Vira’s vision to offer premium homes to buyers with some of the finest designs which led to the initiation of Vira Group. Right from the inception, Mr. Vira has always believed in providing value for money real estate solutions to our customers. It is this thought process that runs in the smallest of the transactions we undertake as Vira Group.

MR. JASH VIRA

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

With an educational background in Finance, Mr. Jash Vira, our founder started the VIRA GROUP with just one thing in mind he wanted to start something that he can call his own. Gaining experience and following his father’s footsteps, he started his own construction company as he always dreamt of the same. His evaluation of contemporary market techniques has furthermore made him the best at designing the best approaches for business and also is the guiding muscle for the positively motivated unit at Vira Group when it arrives to planning and every corporate approach. He wishes to set amazingly high standards with his company and constantly come up with unique strategies and ideation when it comes to construction. Being a family man as well as a business-minded individual, he aims to take the alliance towards the more unexplored boundaries of blossoming and triumph with his father’s guidance and support.

MR. PARTH SATRA

A strong believer in teamwork, Mr. Parth Satra being the director at Vira Group is here with his skillset majorly in Finance which is going to give us insights into the Finance department. His primary responsibilities have included strategic alliances and acquisitions. He also has looked into several divisions such as Finance, Business Strategy & Development, Fund Raising, Operations & Execution which makes him have his hands-on work. He aims to set high standards when it comes to the financial approach of the company.

MR. PARTH SATRA

MR. SAGAR BAROT

Just like our founder, Mr. Sagar Naresh Barot also comes from a construction business background which he always wanted to take forward but with something of his own, and has an educational background in finance. This is exactly what made him the Director of the Vira Group in the first place. He has a bachelor’s degree in management studies with a specialization in the finance sector from Thakur college. Holding an international master’s degree in business administration from a renowned institution in the UK, he aspires to bring in his knowledge and convert it into an asset for the business here at the Vira Group along with this team. His skill set is surely going to work wonders for the business not only in the current times but also in the foreseen future. His core responsibility towards the Vira Group business consists of sales, acquisition, evaluating the projects, and also managing the resources of the firm altogether. He would further be the coordinator between the government authorities and licensed individuals at the Vira Group.

MR. RAJ MUKESH DEDHIA

Being the most acquainted individual, Mr. Raj Mukesh Dedhia always thirsts to keeplearning new things and acquiring knowledge wherever he can. He is a graduate in the Financial market from MKS College but just to get into the construction business, he did a specialization course in Business Management and housing finance which would help him with better ideations and performance when it comes to Vira Group. He is currently pursuing a post-graduation in Financial Management from NMIMS. Further, his core responsibilities would include product research and acquisition that would support prolonged growth, design regulations and coordination, and management. He would also look into the architectural designs of the buildings. Being calm by nature has always been a plus point for him as it helps him complete tasks not only on time but also perfectly which always leads him to the winning lane. As a team member of the Vira Group, he aspires to take the company to different levels of success with the help of his knowledge and experience.

MR. ZAID CHUNAWALA

With a marketing background, Mr. Zaid Chunawala is a prominent team member of the Vira Group. Like our other team associates, Mr. Zaid is always motivated to complete every work that lands in his hands with much enthusiasm and dedication. He has a bachelor’s degree in management studies, with a specialization in marketing. Being a marketing individual, his experience with clients will likewise help him grow the client base as well as the business at Vira Group on a larger scale. And considering all these factors, his responsibilities include site supervision, site survey, and also being the office coordinator. Being a very wonderful team player, Mr. Zaid wishes to take up the responsibilities with much devotion and honesty like he always has and takes the organization to newer altitudes of conquest.
